The TASVPF makes distributions only to investing plans and funds, not to individual plan participants. The TASVPF does not maintain records of individual participants' investments.

Wire transfers are made only after Reliance Trust and Fiduciary Counselors have received valid, notarized and certified wire transfer instructions from the Plan/investor or the third party administrator (“TPA”) for the Plan/investor. Plans that have not yet received distributions should contact Fiduciary Counselors via email at stablevalue@fiduciarycounselors.com to request their Distribution/Wire Transfer Instructions form. Distributions are made weekly. Complete forms received by Reliance before 2:00PM Thursday will be processed the following business day.

***
For Class 4 Plans/investors, SEI assets are currently available for participant-requested benefit withdrawals and investment transfers, with certain transfer restrictions. If no instructions were received from the Plan/investor, a sub-account at Reliance Trust was established. Contact Fiduciary Counselors via email at stablevalue@fiduciarycounselors.com for the forms needed to (1) request withdrawals/transfers and  (2) receive balance information about the Reliance sub-account. Withdrawals are processed daily, with forms received by Reliance before noon ET wired the following business day. Deal with SEI, not Fiduciary Counselors or Reliance, if you established an account with SEI.
****
March 28, 2007 liquidation of SEI assets will happen automatically for Plans with sub-accounts at Reliance Trust and Plans with accounts at SEI that gave notice to SEI by 10/6/06 of their intention to liquidate March 28, 2007. Otherwise, SEI account holders are subject to SEI's 12-month notice requirement.
