Stable Value Update |
||
Earlier today, Trust Advisors Stable Value Plus Fund filed a Motion for Extension of Time to File Proofs of Claim or Interest in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy case. The Motion asks the Court to extend the date for filing Proofs of Claim to March 6, 2006, and to confirm that equity/interest holders (plans) do not need to file Proofs of Claim if they agree with the amount of their claim listed in the schedules filed with the Court. The extension of time was requested to give equity/interest holders additional time to review the information contained in the List of Equity Holders (the "List") filed with the Court, which can be seen by linking to (www.fiduciarycounselors.com/stable/BankrptFilings/List_EqHolders.pdf). The List shows the value of each plan’s holdings as of September 30, 2005. As stated in the Motion, if you agree with the value of the holdings set forth in the List, the plan does not need to file a Proof of Claim or Interest with the Court. If your plan is not on the List and you think it should be, or if it is on the List but you believe the amount is incorrect, please contact us. Only those plans with unresolved discrepancies should file a Proof of Claim or Interest and we will provide you with the Official Form if that is the case. Plan Participants do not need to file a Proof of Claim or Interest. Regards, ____________________________ Vicki L. Dungan ABC |
