US Department of Labor Suit

On October 31, 2005, the U.S. Department of Labor sued Circle Trust Company to restore losses on imprudent and risky investments with the Trust Advisors Stable Value Plus Fund. At the same time, the Department asked that all matters concerning the Fund be considered by the federal District Court rather than the Bankruptcy Court.
